Milling Flour

Since my husband gave me a flour mill for Christmas, I have become a milling fool. Yesterday I milled for the first time brown rice. I was surprised that brown rice flour is actually very light in color. I can't wait to make some bread with it. If you have any rice flour recipes please feel free to share!
